Sous Chef

As a Sous Chef at Postillion Hotel Breda Biesbosch, you will start from August and become a key member of our kitchen team. You are the right hand of the Head Chef and play an active role in the day-to-day kitchen operations. 

You know how to purchase efficiently and keep a clear overview of planning and schedules. You understand what the team needs and motivate colleagues in a positive and supportive way. You work with focus, maintain calm during busy moments and take action with confidence. When the Head Chef is away, you step in naturally and guide the kitchen team.
