As a Front Office Manager at Postillion Hotel Breda Biesbosch, you will start from 15th of July and be responsible for building, leading and supporting the front office team. You work hands-on on the floor and lead by example in service and hospitality.
Together with your team, you ensure that guests lack nothing — from check-in to check-out. You feel responsible not only for the guest experience, but also for the well-being and development of your team. You set goals together, motivate your colleagues and help them improve every day.
