At Postillion Hotels we mainly focus on gatherings, conferences and meetings, but more and more people are also coming to us for a weekend away. Helping in reception or administration in the back office, you’re happy either way. You also like to spend your time together with your colleagues, coming up with plans to pamper the guests even more.

“At Postillion Hotels, they like it when you express your ambitions. When I started as a front office employee in 2019, I immediately indicated that I intended to progress. I am now the supervisor of the team where I started 1.5 years ago. My own supervisor prepared me for this position, supported by additional training such as dealing with difficult situations on the work floor, a Company First Aid course and Thynk & Mews. All this has contributed enormously to my growth and I'm far from done…!’
