Why work in F&B?

My most enjoyable work memory

One of the fun times was on Valentine's Day. We had a family with young children and the children asked me what Valentine's Day actually is. I explained to them that it is the day of love. When I later returned to their table to ask whether everything was to their liking, the children gave me drawings that were all about love.
