We are a hotel group specialising in business meetings and overnight stays with eight locations in the Netherlands. We are experts when it comes to business meetings. But more and more people also know where to find us for a weekend away. You can find us in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, Dordrecht, Bunnik, Amersfoort Veluwemeer, Deventer and Arnhem. We are a learning organisation: together we make each other better. We have the ambition to become market leader, but in our own way. With our own standard and atmosphere.

“My career at Postillion Hotels started as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator. In this role, I got to know the organisation well and worked closely with many different teams. After that, I had the opportunity to grow into the role of Account Manager Leisure, where I was responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships within the leisure market. I am now working as an HR Manager, a role in which I can focus on what I value most: supporting and developing our colleagues. Alongside my work, I am currently pursuing an Associate Degree to further develop my knowledge and skills in the HR field. What I appreciate most about working at Postillion Hotels is that you truly get the opportunity to grow and take the next steps in your career. My own journey within the organisation shows that those development opportunities are really there.”

“Resident manager is what it said on my first business card for Postillion Hotels. Quite a tough position for someone who has just graduated from secondary hotel school. In 2017, I exchanged the Arnhem site for Postillion Rotterdam. There, I got the opportunity to work as Operations Manager. In that position, together with the General Manager, I was closely involved in a difficult situation: a reorganisation had to be implemented. A few years later, I faced a completely different challenge: Postillion Rotterdam was expanded with hotel rooms. A beautiful project that I was able to supervise from start to finish. After that I took the next step: I have been Operational Manager for all of Postillion Hotels since January 2022."

"We want to emphasise that it is great fun to work for us. We ask a lot from everyone who works for us. We also realise that at times the workload is (too) high. It is precisely then that it is important to set aside specific times to eat together, have a drink or exercise. With the management present, to ensure we can talk to each other in an informal setting as well. And at the same time, this provides opportunity to talk about the direction Postillion Hotels is headed in and any concerns of the employees.
