Best Workplaces for Women 2026 In 2026, Postillion Hotels ranked 10th on the Best Workplaces for Women list in the Mid Large category by Great Place To Work Nederland. An achievement we are proud of as an organisation. How is this list determined? The Best Workplaces for Women list is entirely based on employee feedback gathered through the Trust Index™ survey by Great Place To Work. An organisation can only qualify when:
  • The number of women in the organisation is equal to or higher than the CBS benchmark for the industry
  • More than 33% of leadership positions are held by women
  • The Trust Index score among female employees is at least 70%
This recognition shows that our female colleagues feel valued, involved and supported within our organisation. That makes this title especially meaningful, as it is based on the experiences of our own employees.

"Mijn carrière bij Postillion Hotels begon als Sales & Marketing Coördinator. In die rol leerde ik de organisatie goed kennen en werkte ik veel samen met verschillende teams. Daarna kreeg ik de kans om door te groeien naar Accountmanager Leisure, waar ik verantwoordelijk was voor het onderhouden en uitbreiden van relaties binnen de leisuremarkt. Inmiddels werk ik als HR Manager. In deze rol kan ik mij richten op wat ik het belangrijkst vind: het ondersteunen en ontwikkelen van onze collega’s. Daarnaast volg ik momenteel een Associate Degree-opleiding om mij verder te verdiepen in het HR-vakgebied. Het mooie aan werken bij Postillion Hotels is dat je echt de kans krijgt om jezelf te ontwikkelen en nieuwe stappen te zetten in je carrière. Mijn eigen loopbaan binnen de organisatie laat zien dat die doorgroeimogelijkheden er ook echt zijn."

"Mijn carrièrepad binnen Postillion Hotels is een steile weg omhoog! Ik ben begonnen als Sales Manager. Na een half jaar ben ik gestart met het NXT CHIEF-programma. Door verschillende modules heb ik op andere manieren leren kijken naar uitdagingen, maar ik werd ook uitgedaagd om te kijken naar mijn eígen ontwikkeling. Begin 2021 ben ik begonnen als GM."
