As an Operations Controller at Postillion Hotel Breda Biesbosch, you will start from the 15th Juli and play a key role in setting up and overseeing the hotel’s financial operations.

You handle financial resources with care and maintain a healthy balance between control and collaboration. With your analytical mindset, you keep budgets and financial processes firmly on track. You lead your team, advise management on financial matters and monitor financial performance. You prepare clear and structured reports and ensure that relevant information is collected in a timely manner from the various departments. You recognize opportunities for improvement and actively contribute to strengthening our motto attention with impact.

This is who you are:

You have demonstrable experience in a similar position or have completed a relevant administrative and/or P&O education.
You are analytically strong and know how to use your powers of persuasion well.
You have a great sense of responsibility and are proactive.
You are familiar with the office packages and know how to present reports in a structured way.
