As a Housekeeping Manager at Postillion Hotel Breda Biesbosch, you will start from July 15 and be responsible for the entire housekeeping department and its team. You coordinate activities related to guest rooms, public areas and sanitary facilities, ensuring that all work meets the agreed quality standards.
You lead by example and actively support operations when needed. You are responsible for staff scheduling, task allocation, providing instructions and onboarding new colleagues. You monitor progress and quality and motivate your team with a clear and positive approach.
You work in accordance with HACCP, health and safety regulations and ensure these standards are upheld within the team. In addition, you oversee linen registration and inventory control. In this varied role, you report to the Operations Manager and contribute daily to attention with impact.
