Production Cook

As a production cook, the kitchen is your domain. There you help prepare and cook dishes. Not only do you cook, you also make sure that ingredients are washed and cut. You also mix products and make sure the recipe is followed. No pans boiling over or spaghetti sauce hitting the wall with you. Your temperature doesn't rise when the kitchen is busy. You tidy up plates and get them ready to serve, help with provisioning and like to keep the work environment clean for yourself and the team. • You have experience as a cook and/or would like to develop further in a professional kitchen
• A team player. You enjoy working together and understand how important it is to be able to count on each other in the kitchen.
• You have an eye for detail: you see exactly where and how you can make yourself useful.
• You are flexible and have no problem getting up early. You can also work on weekends and holidays.
• You are handy in the kitchen and master basic kitchen preparation techniques.
• You are familiar with the HACCP rules.
