As an Operations Manager at Postillion Hotel Breda Biesbosch, you will start from June and lead the entire operational team. Together, you ensure a strong operation and a lasting impression for our guests. You assemble a large part of the team yourself and apply a motivating and involved management style.
You are responsible for implementing the organization’s policies on the work floor and for developing plans to further optimize operations. You maintain a healthy balance between colleague engagement and a high-quality guest experience. You expand the regional network, identify opportunities for cost optimization and actively contribute to sustainable business performance.
You are part of the management and revenue team and report to the General Manager.
