Internship Duty Manager

During your Duty Manager internship, you’ll gain experience beyond just one department. You’ll discover how Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping and other teams work together to provide guests with a pleasant stay and successful meetings and events.

You’ll work alongside experienced colleagues and learn how to oversee daily hotel operations. You’ll see how they handle guest enquiries, unexpected situations and coordination between departments. As you gain experience, you’ll have the opportunity to take on tasks independently and contribute ideas for improvements.

Along the way, you’ll discover the importance of personal attention, teamwork and setting priorities.

• Of course, your internship comes with an allowance! We value your dedication and contribution as an intern. That’s why we offer an internship allowance of €850 per month (based on a 38-hour working week).

• You are preferably available for at least 5 months, starting from 1 February 2027.
• You have strong communication skills and believe enjoying your work is important.
• You are proactive and strive to achieve good results.
• You are studying hospitality or a business-related subject.
• You are creative and enjoy taking initiative.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
