Housekeeping Supervisor

As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Postillion Hotel Breda Biesbosch, you will start from August and coordinate housekeeping activities throughout the hotel. You ensure guest rooms, public areas and sanitary facilities meet the agreed quality standards. 

You lead by example and actively support daily operations. You are responsible for staff scheduling, task allocation, providing instructions and guiding colleagues. You follow HACCP, health and safety regulations and ensure these are upheld within the team. 

Where needed, you support the Head of Housekeeping with tasks such as linen registration and stock control. In this varied role, you report to the Head of Housekeeping and contribute daily to attention with impact.

  • You have by experience in hotel cleaning and managerial experience. 
  • You are punctual and meticulous with an active work pace. 
  • You are presentable and always remain calm and polite. You solve problems with a smile and communicate clearly and kindly. 
  • You set a good example for your team: you are an inspiring personality with whom people feel at ease. People also dare to ask you questions.
