As Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for the entire housekeeping department and its corresponding team. You coordinate the activities of the employees regarding the guest rooms, public areas and sanitary facilities. You are the type of person who leads by example, you cooperate when necessary and can handle the corresponding responsibilities, such as: scheduling the employees, assigning tasks, giving instructions, training and supervising the progress of the execution quality. You stimulate and motivate your colleagues by setting a good example. You follow the regulations of HACCP, Occupational Health and Safety and ensure that your team goes along with this. Another part of your tasks is registering linen or checking stock. A diverse, varied job with a lot of responsibility, where you report to the Operations Manager.
