As General Manager of Postillion Hotel & Convention Centre WTC Rotterdam, you lead a committed team of approximately 60 employees together with a Management Team of 8 colleagues. The hotel features 162 rooms and extensive meeting and event facilities. You serve both the business and leisure markets, with a strong focus on the MICE segment.

You are responsible for all operational and commercial activities within the hotel. You connect people, provide clarity, and foster a culture of growth, collaboration, and genuine hospitality.

You report to the CEO of Postillion Hotels and are part of the national Management Team, where you actively contribute to the company’s strategy, innovation, and long-term direction.

• At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry
• Proven F&B experience and strong affinity with events and the MICE market
• Experience in leading teams and management teams
• Comfortable operating in a hotel serving both business and leisure guests
• A completed Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or similar
• Strong financial and analytical insight with a focus on quality and results
• A coaching leadership style, strong communication skills, and fluency in English (Dutch is a plus)
• An entrepreneurial, energetic personality with humour and courage
