As a Congress Expert, you are the first point of contact for our guests. Quite a responsibility. Fortunately, we can confidently leave that to you. You are an energetic, representative employee who loves contact with bookers and guests. You discuss the guests' wishes and translate these wishes into a concrete proposal. With your commercial attitude, you can upsell like no other in order to optimize the experience for the guests. You are a real 'organizer' and love to work out the event down to the last detail in the form of a quotation, which you prepare and follow up on. Once an offer is converted into a booking? Then you hand the booking over to the departments who will take it further. - Experience in organizing 300+ events
- You communicate neatly and clearly: internally and externally.
- You love planning and are good at it.
- You speak and write English and Dutch fluently. Do you speak another language? That's great.

- You are available for a minimum of 32 hours.
